Kitchen Update
I regret not having a BEFORE picture of this Kitchen. So allow me to point out what it looked like.
Note the shiny backsplash edge cover between the upper and lower cabinets.
That was how wide the original cabinets were just 12" wide!!
I still had a piece of backsplash from the builder. I trimmed it to fit the remainder of the wall.
This builder was also lazy. Note that the outlet was on the base sheetrock wall.
It wasn't even behind and above the skinny cabinet they installed.
So I took out the original cabinets and installed full sized cabinets.
And to top off the project the right way, I put in a butcher block
Notice the soffit. Rather plain.
I took care of that with a little tile job.
